We were very pleased - from the moment we were greeted as we walked in the door, as personnel scheduled our services, all the way through to our exit. We really loved that we were kept informed of the car status by text message. We were very pleased with the appearance of workmanship on our car. All personnel were pleasant and had a smile on their face, and we left with a smile on our face.

They did a good job and kept me posted with their progress. The vehicle was also delivered to my location. I was from way out of town and they turned my job around in one day. I recommend them highly.

Overall service was excellent! Mr Martin kept me informed of progress on my vehicle. He was very professional and also my van was cleaned inside and out.My vehicle was ready on time. I was impressesed!! Initially, Ms. Penny was nice and professional. Very helpful. After picking up my vehicle I received a phone call from Ms Penny. She was, in my opinion, rude and unprofessional. She was calling to inform me about insurance check payment from other party was sent to my mailing address which I was unaware of. So I asked if she was sure check mailed to me and not my mother, the owner of the vehicle. She said "Yes, Mailed to my home address in Knoxvile" "We can tell if the check has been cashed and I would Chase you down because it is my job to hunt people down for payment" That conversation could have gone So much better, with a more polite and professional understanding tone.
