For what the insurance covered it was fine. I had been emailing with the estimator on some other fixes I was willing to pay for but, that was droped after my truck was in the shop. Estimtor was very Arrogant.

They told it would be ready last Thursday, October 4th. But it as 7 Days later than promised the 11 th. And it was only a tail light repair. Then enterprise gave us a car that smelled so badly of smoke that we could not drive it. So we were definitely not impressed with Auto Body Xperts or with Enterprise. Jan K

From the initial call to picking up my vehicle following the repair I was met with a competent, polite, and professional staff!
The repairs looked great and was surprised that my vehicle was cleaner on the inside than when I left it.
Would highly recommmend the Holland location of Auto Body Xperts!!!

When I picked up my vehicle I found fairly obvious buff swirls in areas where the paint was blended. All of the panels where there was new paint applied has orange peel dimples from improper spray angles as well as white pin holes where paint was thin. In the sun you can see what looks like a matte finish strip across the driver door panel. Finger prints on all windows as well as tape residue in all cracks and wheels wells.

The people at the front desk were exceptional individual. They were interested in my satisfaction and provided me with answers to any questions in a very timely manner. Very satisfied. Have had an opportunity to look over the work and it looks great, even used the original bolts to reassemble the car.

My Mazda looks like I never hit that stupid door of the trailer parked in my driveway! I also appreciate that time was taken to clean both the outside and the inside of my car while it was there. Full service for sure!

Truck is not as it was before I brought it in. The grill is black now and it was chrome. The bottom underneath grill is also different. Wheel wells are,although no one can see them,don't match the other side. The truck looks pleasing to the eye but I would of preferred to have it as it originally was.Curious why no one contacted me to let me know it wouldn't match it's original parts before assembling.
