My vehicle on the way home started having issues-the engine was sounding wrong with oil light coming on.The oil dipstick barely noted oil and had to add 3 quarts.I placed a call and was noted to my fianc they didn't do anything to the oil.? Plus my pad underneath my new hood has a number of tears/holes in it-Was noted with phone call that a new one will be ordered.Just very concern with oil my engine could have been ruined.So I will be looking forward to a call to replace pad underneath my hood.Thanks-Laurie P
