The body work looks great. However, after driving away I heard a thumping and took the car right back. Mechanics found my driver's front tire had a nail in it which I had to wait almost an hour for them to plug. By the time I got home, my tire pressure had dropped to 16psi and I barely made it into my driveway. After taking a car with 4 perfect tires, waiting an hour, and then STILL having to use my weekend to get my tire pumped up enough again to get it to the dealer to replace the tire, I was less than happy. This could have been very dangerous as I travelled over 30 miles on the highway and I4. I had been very pleased with your shop up until I picked up my car. Then it just became one hassle after another.

Very Unhappy with the level of communication Being falsely led to believe my car was on track and then being told, the day of proposed pickup, that's it's not and that that fact had been know for a week and not shared with me is completely unacceptable.
