I have to give a big thank you to Jessica because she took care of everything! My insurance company kind of dropped the **** on somethings so I was thinking what else can go wrong. Jessica made the sure my rental car was ready, provided me with delicious snacks and drink plus she made sure I was cool and comfortable in the waiting area. Customer service was top notch. The work done to my care was excellent! They detailed my car inside and out so much I almost did not recognize my car because it was so clean! Lol! Maurice's will always be #**** and will continue to get my business.

I had to send my car in twice because the first time the repair was completely unacceptable when I got it back the second time it still has chips in the bumper that I paid to have repainted Orange Peel all over the door that I paid to have repainted and even scratches left on the door. Very poor quality work out best I will never use Maurice's auto body again and this was not my first time using you I was extremely disappointed in the quality of your work compared to the last time you worked on my car

Excellent service, from the first time I called, they made me feel that this process would be easier than I thought. the person at the reception was very kind and helped me to program the rented vehicle. The company told me at all times how the repair of my vehicle was going. We dont want an accident in ur life but it this experience was better than i thought.

Pick up my vehicle on February 23rd. Notify them at the time of pickup that they did not order the diamond plates that were on my knapheide tool box. They instructed me no worries we'll order them here it is April 9th and they are still not there. As of less than a week ago they were still not even ordered. I find it awfully funny that once they got my money their service went downhill fast.
