Problem with the engine and the hood latch is out of adjustment keeping the hood from closing correctly . The employees at the reception counter are very professional and represent the company verywell. I called and reported the problems affecting my car, and was informed a tow truck will be sent on Monday to pick up my car.

When my son went to pick up his truck today and took the check from the insurance company he was told the check was voided. It was for the amount of 1429.04 I think I am confused. If this is the case why wasn't I told this?

Need an after hours pickup system if our car is finished on Friday at 5pm please. Don't call at 445 to tell us the car is ready, then expect us rush to you, only to realize at 505 that you are closed and won't help.

My mirror camera wasn't alighned after it was replaced, the black trim above my window is damaged (after being replace), I was told I would be called when my vehicle was ready but never was.

The repairs took less time than was originally expected. However they still took the time to put a personal touch, cleaning not just the outside but the inside as well. My truck looks just as good as the day I rolled it off the lot.

After dropping of my vehicle to have the bumper repaired and painted. They did a good job painting but didnt repair the crack in the bumper. There still is a one inch crack In fromt of the license plate. They had to have seen it when they stripped the old paint. If it wasnt such a hassel to get a rental car, and if I wasnt going on a road trip next week, I would take it back.
