I continued to receive text messages saying the work was due for completion Aug 31 & it was "68% complete", etc & that led me to believe that something else was wrong . Therefore I did not pick the car up nor return the rental car to enterprise Rental because I thought my car was not finished.

I was contacted to pick up my vehicle the day of by 5pm close of business. I hurried over directly from work and arrived at 4:47pm and the doors were already locked and no one was in the parking lot. Now I have to wait over the weekend and go into work late on Monday just to pick up my car.
