Worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. My vehicle was returned missing a major part, and the paint job was completely unacceptable. After pointing out the problems, I was yelled at by an older lady who then accused me of insurance fraud. It is my belief this business was trying to return my vehicle without the parts that were nessasary in the hopes I would not notice. Because I was a cash customer, they refused to warranty the work. I was told, prior to the estimate, when I was up front about paying cash, the work carried a 7 year warranty. After the work was completed, after I had paid, I was informed none of the work will be warrantied.The paint job to the other side of the bumper, respective to the repair, was absolutely terrible. The repair itself was excellent, however the paint job, deception of a major missing part, lying about a warranty, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I will forward this experience to the insurance company, the Enterprise chamber of commerce and other appropriate mediums.

I have used wiregrass body and frame services three times in the last 6 year. All three times, I have had issues with the work not being done correctly. Today was a repeat from the last two times. In less than one minute I discovered several faults that I find difficult to understand why they were overlooked: the paint job has a few noticeable faults incorrectly installed rubber seal in engine compartment plastic trim by the windshield not properly bonded dirty engine compartment As I drove away I noticed this other two: horn does not work windshield wipers swing arms were installed backwards (REALLY?) I know, that just like before, all the faults will be corrected. However, considering how long took to get the repairs done, this is a waste of time. Rafael ****

I was disappointed that my part was apparently not ordered when I agreed to the work being done. And I had to call and follow up. But I thank Jasmine for ordering it while on the phone with me. When she realized it hadn't been ordered. From there everything has been good
