There was visible paint damage to the passenger side of the front bumper that was not present when the vehicle was delivered on 8/23/16. This was acknowledged by a Representative upon pick up of the vehicle on 8/26/16 after reviewing photos taken by the Representative for the purpose of the claim report. The Representative acknowledged that the damage occurred at some point while the vehicle was at the Collision Center and that repairs will be made by the Collision Center. The Customer will schedule the repairs for a later time. In addition, on the morning of 8/27/16, the vehicle would not start due to a "dead battery". Upon further evaluation it was determined that one of the rear interior lights was stuck on. This may be a consequence of a wiring issue following the headliner replacement which was part of the repair. The Customer removed the affected light bulb as a temporary repair. The Customer will communicate this concern to the Collision Center when coordinating the bumper paint repair. The Customer also plans to request a loaner vehicle to minimize the inconvenience.
