There's a laundry list is issues.
I'll keep it short:
****. My car was never fully restored to pre-collision condition last year when I brought my car in.
2. My car was not fully restored to pre-vandalism condition when I picked it up on Saturday.
3. Some of your employees are terrible when it comes to customer service and, instead, aim to shame a person for not feeling satisfied with incomplete work.
4. Ryan from GEICO is the ABSOLUTE worst, and argued with me about what he considered vandalism and what he didn't. He didn't believe me when I told him that the scratches on the driver's side of my car we're not there prior to the vandalism done to my car.
I'm honestly getting angry just thinking about this all over again. Hopefully, you guys can fix this issue. I'm not satisfied with the bent frame that your service team couldn't fully repair. I'm not satisfied with having to be told that I needed to be rescheduled and not put on the schedule three times. I'm not satisfied with the poor attention to detail.
I feel like my car should have been totalled, given how the frame was bent on the driver's side and was not fully restored back to New condition.
My car was only 5 months old when it was hit. Now, I've got to deal with these half-**** repairs instead of feeling comfortable with my new car.
I don't have any pleasure in my vocal displeasure with King Collision, since my good friend is friends with Conrad Aschenbach. That was why I went there in the first place.
Anyway, like I said, I'm angry about this whole thing and no one's made it right so far. The only person who seemed to care was Mike, who was very friendly and understanding, by the way. That man deserves a raise for having to deal with pissed off customers.

Luji was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He is passionate and his customer service is exceptional. He repainted my Tiguan and it looks unbelievable. He even buffed out the paint on the headlights! My car was also wiped down and vacuumed on the inside when I got it back. It looks amazing. I would definitely call Luji if I needed something else done! Thank you!
