At the estimate time Mr.Casey Neubold found that two parts were missing at the right corner in the trunk, which he thought that the technician forgot to put back during the last repatriation also done at your shop.yesterday I talked with Mr.Cody Campbell and now I am still waiting for his reply.

Cody and team were outstanding. Very professional and treated me like I was a VIP. They kept me informed about my truck from start to finish.. awesome job. I cannot thank them enough.. if anything happens again I will feel confident that King's auto will take care of them for me. Plus everything was guaranteed for the rest of the time out on my car. Great job guys

Ryan from Geigo at King was very easy to deal with & explained the process clearly. Chad from King was also amazing. He kept me informed with progress both via text & phone. Hopefully I won't need King Body Shop again but if I do I'll definitely go back. I'll also happily recommend King to friends.

Cody represents your organization very well. He kept me informed throughout the process and my car was ready when he said it would be. He is a very personable young man which made interacting with him a pleasant experience. The Body Shop did a beautiful job on the repairs. It is as if the accident never happened.

Nobody ever called me about my car. I had to call everyday to find out status. Stephanie assured me it would only take 3 days. My car was at King a total of 10 days. Mike advised me that someone ordered incorrect size tire, but nobody ordered the correct size. I had to call to find out that car was done. Nobody contacted me. The whole process was very confusing and frustrating.

When I first came to pick up car - one guy very kindly gave me a little leftover paint and cleaned some stuff off of the bottom panel of the driver side so I could touch up there. Then I left shop only to find the red warning light for the air bag was on and stayed on. I circled back and they ran a diagnostic, said fixed, I drove out. To find no lights on dash board, so drove back. I wanted to look at the fuses and got a little but not much help. Then was told that it could not be the fuses and to leave car there over the weekend. One person would be there the next day and look into. But they did not call or fix car on Saturday. I got it Monday when they said they replaced two fuses. Upon which I drove away only to hear rattling of a loose part. I called to bring back and they said they would have to get back to me as to whether they would devote time to that. I am going to take my car elsewhere.
