Appreciated the entire experience. This is my fifth Volkswagen and unfortunately congressional is always been better from a sales perspective and have never purchased a car from you but have always been treated well in service and was extremely pleased and impressed by the body shop. The only thing I have noticed since picking my Passat up Mondsy night was my car was not repin striped. Body and paint look well done and I'm in disbelief at how well wheel refinishing turned out. As for Jason in my opinion whatever you are paying him isn't enough. He delivered on promises, kept me well informed and was a true professional from start to finish. The daily electronic updates also put my mind at ease in where we were at in the 20 day progress. Thanks to the entire King Colkision Team! If you ever need a testimonial for a skeptic I am your man. My hanks again for everything.

I was a little upset with how much longer it took then expected but with the storm it was understandable. My only real problem is with the sent spray they used in my car, 3 days latter and it is still making my eyes water.

After I picked up my car and when it started getting dark outside I got a message "check front left sidemarker lamp" on the display screen and also on the left of my steering wheel where the switch is to keep the lights on auto or manual, the lights on that switch are also not working. This is very inconvenient. This is all in addition to the fact that when I got my rental, it was unwashed and dirty from the outside and inside and when I told the rep that it is dirty he said "we don't have the time to clean". I noticed that the rental car given to the customer ahead of me was dirty too. This might be a rental car company issue.

I am very disappointed in the job that was done. Unacceptable. 3300 should have done a lot better than what was done. I would have taken it somewhere else that would have not just painted over the dents. I would have paid for a little body work if given a chance.
