Customer service great but car not ready when promised, and wasn't properly cleaned before returned to me. It would have been good to have a customer service rep go through all the repairs with me at pick up, but no one was available.

The employees were great! Customer Service was amazing. My big concern was that I was not inform early enough about my brakes not being covered under the accident which it should have. I was made aware the day before pick up. This concerned me because if I would have known they were having trouble getting coverage I could have received a second opinion. Once I was made aware I was told how unsafe it was to drive that then quoted prices to replace my brakes myself at prices almost as high as 500. I was told that I could either get my brakes fixed or my car needed to be picked up the next day. My other concern was how would the mechanic know if my car was in working condition when he could not properly drive my vehicle to check things like suspension. This issue was very dissappinting and I will definitely not be using King Collision again. If this situation was dealt with proper care I wouldn't have an as issue as I stated before the customer service was great but this situation placed a bad taste in my mouth.

There were 3 items that were not replaced. The stone guard on the rear door which was removed for painting & the door guard strips on both doors. I'm not complaining because they were not included in the estimate. I will order on line later. other than that, the car looks great!
