My representative handling repairs was very bad communicating with me and it cost me extra days of rental car money and initial problem after the accident wasn't diagnosed and because of that now I need to reopen my claim . My reps name Nanette Rios and I can honestly say that I don't think she is qualified for the position from my point of view very bad customer experience. So my car currently in the shop again being looked at the problem that was my biggest concern from the beginning but was totally disregarded by my rep and now causing me lost time and money. Cody was usual Nationwide rep in your shop before and I never had problems but my experience with Nanette ending up being a total horror. Thanks if you need additional info I will gladly explain everything I need so in the future it won't hurt other customers and I have plenty of proof to back my words up.
