My experience with King Collision was great until the day I picked up my car. I noticed 2 things wrong with my vehicle and noticed that my $200 sun shades I always keep in my sun glass compartment by the sun roof were stolen. The first complaint I voiced to a representative was that I only had half a tank of gas in my car when I dropped it off on a full tank. 2). The material from my sun roof was buckling and when I dropped my car off it was in great condition. 3). Was when I went to reach for my sunglasses which I always keep in the glasses compartment were gone. The first two complaint I thought I would get some type of help from a representative who could resolve the issue or give me some type of answers but was dismissed as if they didn’t care. Also, I spoke with the manager of the collision center and he was very unprofessional and showed no sign of concern for my property. It seemed as if they had these problems before because every question already had an answer in the form of a defense mechanism. At that point when I realized my glasses were stolen I contact the police and proceeded back to the collision center but of course they had a not responsible for personal belongings sign and left with only a “we’ll review the tapes” response. This was by far the worst customer service ever and I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. My attorney will be contacted!
