I have not required collision repairs in a number of years. After the accident, I asked several friends from the Waynesboro area "where would you take it if it were your vehicle". Everybody recommended Tom **** Collision as being the "best in the area"!

The repair so far on the windshield is good. I am not happy that the price I was quoted changed. Better business practices would be include all 'possible' things that could be charged, and then if they do not happen the cost would be lower. Extra money for a inspection sticker - aren't all vehicles required to be inspected, this should have been a quoted cost. Wasn't sure if they would use the seal kit, quote it and then if it wasn't used - its a pleasant surprise for the customer. Instead of having to come up with close to another $100. Customers request quotes to make better informed decisions, but if you undercut the quote that is not fair.

My car looks brand new! After the accident mangled the driver side you couldn’t even open the doors, now they work like the day I drove the car off the lot. I’ve put every mile my sonic has on it, and I’m glad you were able to save it and make it new!
