John's Collision was fairly accurate with their estimate of a week for repair. We did receive just one update during the repair time to let us know there was more damage than expected. We were told the car would be "detailed" clean upon completion and were disappointed to see that the interior cleaning of the car had not taken place. When we called John's Collision with our concerns, we were told that the "person responsible would be asked to do a better job next time." We feel that response is inadequate.
