The staffs at Fairfax Collision Center was very professional. The front desk, Charlene was very nice and helpful. I received an email daily on the status of my car and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The body work done on the car looks great. The only thing that surprised me was how quickly they wanted me to come pick up the vehicle. It is just hard to coordinate with two kids in car seats and a working spouse. Otherwise I'm amazed how efficient they are, how friendly, how well they kept me updated. Really appreciated it.

The repairs were more extensive than initially ID...and took longer than expected. Mark H.was an excellent liaison and the FC team did a greet job communicating the process and progress. I love the customer service your team provided! I was upset that my car had been damaged and your team reassured me it would be repaired and in good hands. They changed my mind about having the dealership repair it during my estimate, and I am glad they did.
