Sean Hecox gave me the best experience I ever had at an auto body shop.He was thoughtful and accommodating when he went out of his way to let me move the car seats from my damaged car over to the rental car in the garage instead of out in the cold so that my baby could stay warm. He was also very helpful in taking the time to let me know the process of working with insurance and provide professional evaluation of my car. For example: I was thinking of keeping my total loss car because it was drivable thinking the damage is only cosmetic but Sean told me why it wouldn’t be safe. He took the time to explain it which led me to make the right choice confidently. I wish there are more people like Sean everywhere wherever there is customer services. He simply gave me assurance I was in the best hand of a professional who care about his customer. This is the place I would highly recommend to my family and friends! And Chantilly Auto Body will always be my first choice in auto body work. Thank you Sean!

The work on the car was great and I loved how Carol called every day to update me on the progress of the repair. What I didn't like was my Xikar cigar cutter not being in the front seat console when I got my car back. I didn't notice it until later in the day and it really has bugged me since. That cutter costs over $120 at retail.
