We were very impressed by the friendliness of all the staff and how we were daily updated on the progress of our van's repair. We were also happy with the actual repair job- our van was badly damaged by a run-in with a deer- but now it looks as if the acciendent never took place. A job well done!

The time I was told it would take for the repairs and the time it actually took were quite different. I believe it was Carol was contacting me consistently, which was very helpful and I thoroughly appreciated her constant contact. The repair took much longer than anticipated and I was really disappointed it took so long
