The repair work on my Mustang was excellent. It's in even better shape than before my mishap with the deer and the street sign. There was one small spot that needed a little rework, but you took care of it right away. I especially appreciate the communication I received during the nine days you had my car. Good work. Good communication on repair progress. Someone (could have been the tire oeople) misplaced my tire-changing tools. Would have liked follow up on finding these important pieces of equipment. Otherwise, good service. Margaret Bond

I was incredibly impressed with my experience with Chantilly Auto Body. Every staff member who assisted me was kind, courteous and an utmost professional (Christie Greeves was great to work with). I appreciated the daily emails and phone calls I received from Chantilly Auto Body notifying me of the progress being made with my vehicle- it kept me feeling informed and appreciated as a customer. I know what it's like to feel ignored and insignificant as a customer, and this experience was the complete opposite. Thank you for keeping me optimistic following my difficult collision incident.
