I thank all at Chantilly Auto Body for a great seamless repair and customer experience. As usual, you all mirror USAA in excellent customer service. Sean and Carol kept me well informed of all aspects of repair and service. I am very grateful. I did notice one minor hiccup, the right rear tail light works when braking, but is out when my lights are on. I will contact you about this. Please do not take this as my being unsatisfied with my experience at Chantilly Auto Body. I found the work completed on my Cadillac most excellent and the detailing done was very professional. My wife and I are very pleased!

Car looks great! Have ALWAYS been pleased with Chantilly Autobody. Besides the friendly and courteous staff, the thing I love the most about Chantilly Autobody is that you are never left wondering when and where you/they are in the process. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the daily phone call updates. Best customer service I've ever experienced! Great job!!

I was informed that the vehicle was clean post repair and post paint. When I pickup the vehicle I noticed debri and what appeared to be a red clay like substance scattered across my dashboard . This was the dirtiest my vehicle has been in the 32 months of ownership
