Horrendous- Glenn's Collision Express in Beaumont
My advice if you are with Geico or, well, anyone is run from this place. We took our Infiniti there as it's the only one stop shop for Geico customers within a hundred miles but the whole process was a disaster. Took our car on the 8th (which was a 2 week wait after the accident) and only just picked our car up on Friday. There was no communication or updates apart from an update app that they told us to ignore.. called and got the runaround multiple times with them saying everything from **** to the cold snap to blame but the main thing being that they were understaffed.... the office manager is unprofessional and confrontational and even he said that the damage wasn't that bad and there had been various delays with paperwork errors and such.
They keep taking jobs on even in the knowledge that as the owner put it. There is a back log of 2 months.....months.....
If you still have to use them good luck to you if you choose to it's on you.
Oh and we still have to take the car to Infiniti as they don't have the equipment to recalibrate the sensors (which we were told they should have known, at the very least informed us that there may be an issue with) and have to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed.
DISASTER.

Ggreat team and very accomodating. Waiting on response for setting up the protection guard we spoke about. Thank you. One suggestion, have your girl at the desk brush up on what is covered. When I asked her if a protection guard was applied to the repairs area she said yes however that was not the case when I asked your other staff. That had to be set up. Great place and operation!

I had to wait 16 days for my car, no one called me when there was delays. I got 2 texts the whole time. They fix the side but miss a scratch at the back of my car. I have paint on my window. I will say this, where my car was fixed it looks brand new. I hope the paint holds up. The staff is nice at times. They fight with each other a lot. I do appreciate the hard work just wish it was faster
