Always professional in making sure that the repairs are completed correctly and do very good work

For one I do not have my car back to comment about repairs it's been well over a month 2nd I was told my car would be done by the first then by the end of that week and now u don't know maybe by July 9th its very frustrating and it's highly inconvenient

Friendly service. Great work. Everyone went the extra mile. We appreciated their professionalism.

I went to check on/pick up my car and the desk lady was rude by telling me she "didn't have time to deal with me". I was not rude or out of the way, so I see NO reason for her to treat me in any such way. Especially since I could have taken my car to another shop, but chose WJ due to good references. I do not wish to receive a phone call on the matter. Only thing I can say, is that I WILL think twice about coming to WJ body shop if I ever need more work done on my vehicle. I did not appreciate the rudeness in the LEAST little bit. Especially since I actually ended up having to pay over 300 out of pocket. I could have paid that ammount somewhere else and had much better treatment. As for the rest of the staff, they were very nice and cooperative with me. It was just that one secretary that put a damper (to say the least) on the overall service expierence.

You guys always do a stand up job and stand behind your work, always willing to help your customers to the fullest. Thanks

The staff at WJ are all exceptional people from the front door to back of house . I can tell there is pride in all the work done at WJ from the job well done. I will continue to use WJ because of both present and past satisfaction . The experience & knowledge of the WJ family is very much appreciated . It means a lot to be treated like family and not a just a contract on the desk to be written up.
