From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car everyone ( the receptionist, the person who took my car, the people who worked on my car car)- they were all great and my car is wonderful!!! I would refer Schades to anyone who needs a car repair.

Everyone at Schades helped to make our experience a good one. All arrangements for a rental and paperwork was taken care of for us and we were able to get on our way quickly. Everything went smoothly and our car looks amazing. We cannot thank you enough.

I brought my truck in last year for tailgate in bed repairs things were missed and they were paint issues. I brought it in a second time for the repairs to be made which were addressed and corrected but the finished product still wasn’t what I had hoped for. Despite that experience Shades comes highly recommended and for that reason I brought in our Chevy traverse in for repairs and replacement of a mirror. The bodywork and overspray on moldings windows and rubber seals. Parts of the painted mirror were not painted and there were drip marks and some type of fibers or lint under the paint on both the mirror and doors. With both my truck repair and this repair tape was left on the vehicle and when removed paint went with it. There obviously is no inspection or attention to finishing details before vehicle leaves the shop and before it’s to be picked up by the customer. As I mentioned this is not an isolated incident this is happened with both my vehicles two years apart. I appreciate that Shades stands by their work and attempts to correct the problems but this is problematic to bring the vehicle back for a second time and to be without.

The car is always done correct and looks good. The updates in text are great and the person on the front desk is great.
