When I took the car in, I was starting to notice it shifted hard. Someone knew how to fix the problem (lubricating the column, I think) and took care of it for me.
That's definitely above and beyond.
However, your standard practices were already beyond my expectations.

Got the car back and there were still scratches on the vehicle. There was also a glob of paint left on the vehicle and the bumper is still loose. Will be calling this place on Monday to discuss. Not happy at all and it will just be more of an inconvenience having to take the vehicle back.
