My experience overall was unsatisfactory. Once my vehicle was received it was very hard for me to get in touch with my representative, Maria. I called several times and left messages but never received a return call. After several calls I finally spoke with Maria and she made rude comments about the damage to my vehicle. She was very unprofessional!!! I was informed that my vehicle would be completed on a certain date but the repairs weren't completed until 3 days after the completion date. once again I had to call them. I received an email stating the vehicle was ready for pickup but it wasn't ready for 2 more days. When I received my car back there was still glass on the floor.

The customer service from Mrs.Marie and her colleague was stellar!!!

Always professional, very polite staff who excel in Customer service. Not only was my car properly repaired, but it was also nicely detailed inside and out. I will only take my vehicle to Charleston Collison whenever it needs repairs.

Wonderful job!! I got updated via text messages throughout the whole process and the job was done in a timely manner. The ladies at the front were very helpful and the body work was great. Also, the fact Charleston Collision in Goose Creek cleaned my car inside and out was a nice bonus. Pats on the back all the way around! Thanks!

The repair was fine ,the extra dent that was not there to start with was not appreciated.

I went today to pick up my truck. Unfortunately it has no been repaired as promised. I will be contacting you to discuss this further on Monday.
