I am a frequent flyer (old and don't judge my distances so well). This is the third time I have had my BWI repaired with Quality Collision Repair and I would not take my car anywhere else. Never thought when I moved to Florida from Maryland that I would find the expertise and level of service I had with the Body Shop there. I wouldn't want this to get out but I really think QCR is better. Thanks everyone at the QCR, you are the BEST !!

The entire team from the receptionist Jennifer, to Dave, Durk, Tommy himself, as well as the guys who did the hands on repairs, were all simply awesome. Very seldom in todays world are you fortunate enough to find a service oriented business that doesn't let you down. Tommy Blair's is one of those rare shops that you can count on to deliver an excellent product. I consider myself to be very thorough and hold people accountable. I've been in Quality Assurance for 39 years. These guys are going to give you the best service and end product, period. Thank you all for your help getting me back on the road.

Not only was the repair completed on schedule but the end result was a Lexus that looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Such a great experience from the start! The receptionist who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful and got me in that day whereas the previous shop I called said they couldn't take me for a month and a half. I liked receiving the text updates so I knew how the repairs were progressing. Upon pickup the gentleman up front was SO VERY helpful, assisting me with my rental car and walked me out to do a walk around of my truck. It looked better than when I bought it, very pleased with the work!
