Poor communication . Gieco and enterprise were great . Car pick up dates changed without notice . Additionally I tried calling back the same afternoon I picked up my vehicle to inform the manager my vehicle randomly has a low battery . Very strange . My vehicle was just in the shop for routine Maintence and this issue didn't occur. Won't be recommending at all . The turn around time and poor communication alone need great improvement . It **** because both Doug and Kamara with enterprise eximplified professionalism and great communication within a work place.
