You should order genuine parts from the dealer to avoid inconvenience to your part and clients. Coz our experience the first parts that was put in our car was not the exact fitting, so we need wait another week for our car to be fix...

The car took 2 extra days to repair. It wasn't outside after hours for me to retrieve. The mirror is very different from the original and difficult to see thru. Passenger window no longer rolls down although it was perfectly fine until the car was repaired by this shop. Control panel for windows just blinks, and blinks for no reason. Hoping my car isn't destroyed by an electrical fire or me side swiping someone. Just a mess. Only person that has done something that makes sense is owner.

Either the automated system or the receptionist or the manager in charge of updating the system or receptionist about the status of my car was non-communicative. I was told when I brought my car in that the estimated pick up date was Wednesday, June 30. I never received a phone call about the delay, I had to find out in the online system that there was a one day delay. When Thursday late afternoon came I had to call E&J to inquire about the delay that the system said was one day. The receptionist explained there was a problem with a part and told me to expect it to be ready Tuesday, July 5. At that point, I decided to rent a car, then I get a call on July **** that the car is ready. I don't understand who calls the shots and/or has the information, but I was not properly informed at the appropriate stages about the status of my car. I rented a car for 18 hrs for nothing. The whole experience soured me on this body shop and I do not wish to be a customer of E%J again. The car looked excellent, but with such lacking customer service, I could not recommend this shop to my friends and family and will discourage its use.
