Everyone was very helpful from the moment I walked through the door! It made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands. Ashley greeted us with a humble spirit. Amara from Enterprise was professional. Jason the adjuster was very caring. Loyda, and another young lady who answers the phone were very helpful when calling to see if my car was ready. And last, but not least Christy Sweet treated us like we were family. I had a concern nothing of E and J's fault, and Christy had staff take care of it on the spot in no time. This is what I call fast, excellent service. Her last name is exactly what she is! I was really pleased my car on the inside was wiped clean as if it were almost brand new again, and I have had it for 13 years now since September 2003 so it was pretty dirty. I had to take the car back to get my lights sdjusted because they weren't right. They are still not right.They shining down on the ground and it has aftermarket bulbs in them and I got a $125 ticket today. Dissatisfied.I will be back at shop on Monday.
