We felt like you did'nt really want our business. The rep did'nt go out snd with us to inspect the damage before the tepair nor did he go out with us to inspect the repaired dzmage.Although he did so with other customers.

Auto is progressively having issues with passenger side tire area that includes high pitched noise during and for a period of time after brake is released, turning, and dies not drive straight. This is all appearing after road time on the highway. We sold our home between the Dec 8 2017 entry into your system till pick up Jan 24 2018. We live in Crockett County Texas 6+ hours away.

I liked the fact that there was partnership between Munday and Enterprise. I dropped off my car and they called enterprise to come puck me up to get a rental. When I returned the rental, enterprise dropped me off at Munday to pick up my car. I also liked the way Munday gave me updates on repair on my car via text.

I’m glad they fixed it and got it back to me. Not happy about the long period it took get it started and complete.
Partially the insurance companies fault. But it only took a week to fix my truck. I should of had it back 2 months ago. Had to go complain to GM to get the **** rolling. But thanks to him they finally started working on my truck and fixed it. And was in a rush to return it to me.
