It took awhile, but it turns out, it was for good reason. Collision King and its employee know that they are working for the customer, not just for the insurence company. Most of the bad reviews that I have see are about the time it takes, and since people depend on their cars in a town like Houston it is hard for some people to understand the interaction that apparently exists between insurence companies and the vendors that actually do the repairs. I think that Collision King works to make sure that they and the insurence company look good, and the customer is happy.

There are still scratches that wasn't fixed and I will be bringing it back up there for you guys to complete the job you didn't finish

Part of the bottom part of my car fell off when I was driving away from collision king. I’ll be satisfied after this part is replaced.
