Very pleasant experience. So glad it was just a little body work from tree limbs, not a wreck. As the USAA specialist, he took care of me through the process. It was an extra touch that the inside of the car had been vacuumed.

My concern is that generally every time I bring my vehicle there for service the light color interior gets dirty from the service techs. This particular experience was no different. I did however point out to Rob on the drivers side several areas that needed to be cleaned. He did take care of that. On the left side another white vehicle was parked closely to mine and I was unable to open the door fully to take a good look. It was not until I was leaving the parking lot when I looked over and saw several marks on the right door. My passager also noticed them. I had to get back to work close to Summerville so I made the choice to just clean it myself. I shouldn't have to make it a habit of always having to do this when I bring my car there for service. Serice technicians should throughly check vehicles over for such things before returning them to customers. Thanks

Repairs took 7 days longer than estimated. During the repair the air conditioning was disabled and not enabled. I repaired it myself. Staff was full of excuses.

Although the Collision Center did a great job, I still have problems with my touch screen that I made the Service department aware of. They said they had fixed it with a software update but apparently they never checked to see if it actually resolved the issue. It didn't and now I will have to bring it back to get fixed.
