After the return of my vehicle I discovered that the passenger side cab door handle was broken, I'm certain that your technician damaged it. I can't prove it. $45.00 for the part and 30 minutes to replace so not the end of the world. Bad format on your end.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Mullinax Ford. During the repair I was kept informed of the progress and was pleasantly surprised when the work was completed before the expected date. My service manager, Dave Shaw was wonderful to work with. He was professional and courteous.

The issue with the car was a Chrysler problem and Mullinax really could not be held at fault for it. I will get another Taurus next time . By the way you should know the 200 also has a water filled door for what I call impact dampening measure
