The professionalism displayed service people giving eye contact, introducing themselves) the taking of quality time to listen and explain all actions to me, the promptness of completing the job sooner than later and the email follow throughs were all very impressive. My time is valuable and I feel Abra and Geico understands, for this I am grateful. If more businesses operated in this manner, stood behind their product and got back to building better customer relationships, America would be great again. Thank you Abra!!!!!

The shop was awesome, the repairs were flawless. My only problem is, whoever worked on the car took mass amounts of quarters I use for tolls. They must have taken up to 20 dollars worth of quarters. It was nearly full when I dropped it off, and now I can see the bottom! Very disappointing!!!

I'm totally dissatisfied as I realized after I picked up my car late in the dark and yall didn't replaced the plate holder nor the plate on the bumper in which I'm gonna be in Chicago for the days off and I'm subject to getting tickets on my car and at the time I'm writing this is can't see the point job until the morning.
