First of all, ABRA finished my vehicle 4 days ahead of schedule. Then when i had a minor issue with some repaire they immediately took the car back, inspected it, and fixed the problem. Would recommend to anyone

If you say your going to use oem parts to replace damaged just to get clients then you use cheap after market parts pathetic.

Everyone at ABRA was very kind to me, from the point in which my car was being transported to their facility, to the time in which I had to pick up my vehicle. Customer service was great. I also appreciated the updates on the repair status. The only reason I said that I was not completely satisfied was that I still don’t feel like I understand what was done to our car. The repair simply went forward and no one told us how things were looking or what was being done.

There are so alignments and matching on my fender and body that have not been done good, I have to retake it to be fixed while they knew that I had rentals and i won’t have rentals anymore Overal costumer servile was very good just mechanical issue , my blinker doesn’t work and these minor stuffs solid have been better

Though it took a little longer then originally estimated, I believe it was well worth the wait because I always felt that ABRA was looking out for our best interests as they worked on repairing the damages to our vehicle. Thanks Again, Greg Peters
