The repairs are fine, but ABRA said my car would be ready Monday. They gave frequent updates saying things were going fine, but Monday I had to call them and they said the car would be ready Tuesday. They finished late Wednesday. They should not have given such an optimistic complete date.

The work that abra did looks great... but the warning light on my dash display is on for the headlight leveling system. I assume that is because the headlight was removed for painting, so that makes sense. I have done a little bit of research, and it sounds like it requires a trip to the dealer (and likely a charge) to reset it. I need to get this resolved through abra, and to have abra pay the cost of resetting the light.

The team was very pleasant, knowledgeable, sharing, and considerate! All of my questions were answered before I had even asked. Also, everything was explained in great detail and in a caring matter. The regular texts/calls of status updates were greatly appreciated. They totally took care of me and left me worried about nothing! Also, I want to thank the team for accommodating my special needs- ride home and staying late after business hours for pick up!

The entire repair process with Abra and Geico. Amazing service, they checked in every step of the way and were attentive but not aggressive. Very friendly and helpful.
