Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Seattle (Magnolia)

Being on the unfortunate end of two accidents in 2015, I was fortunate to be able to bring my car once again to Abra and have another completely thorough job done on my car. Once again it looks brand new, the service was quick, professional and personable.

I appreciated the updates from everyone and the text messages, I knew the status of my car and where it was at in the process. The staff was friendly and the quality of the work on my car so far seems great. I also appreciated the paper on the floors and the air freshener. The car was returned clean which is always a plus.

The friendly staff and seamless relationship with insurance and arranging the rental car made the process of having the car damage repaired easy.

I dropped my vehicle off at 10 a.m. and my car was ready to be picked up at 6 p.m. the next day. Beautiful repair job and you kept me fully informed about the status of the on-going repairs. Outstanding service! Thank you, Faz Kasraie

I rarely leave reviews or comments, but the professionalism and quick turnaround Abra provides is truly unique. I also feel it is necessary to give a special recognition to Megan. Her commitment to ensuring everything exceeds the customer's (in this case, mine) expectations is truly refreshing. She seems like an invaluable employee and I only wish that there were more people like her not only in customer service oriented positions, but in the world as a whole. While the circumstances surrounding visiting a place like Abra are never, or at least I imagine very rarely, positive, Megan and the crew make you feel as comfortable as possible. Everything was great, Megan and Josh were wonderful to work with, but shortly after I drove away with the car, I noticed the inside of the car was very dirty. My car was 3 days old when I was rear ended, so it was pristine inside when I brought it in. Now, there's a layer of dust all over everything. It looks like the windows/doors were left open in the shop. This dirt/dust is very obvious on black leather. I was wearing a black suit, when I got back to work my suit was filthy with dust/dirt as well from the seat :( Now I feel like I need to detail the interior to get it back to the condition it was in prior to brining it to ABRA. Lastly, the low tire pressure light was on, so I had to stop and pay to fill them myself at a gas station on Christmas Eve when I got it back. Seems that would've been and easily fixed by you during a final test drive? The customer service was fantastic really! But the condition of my new vehicle was disappointing.
