FROM BEGINNING TO END I THOUGHT THE FINE LINE EXPERIENCE WAS TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. THE PERSONNEL IN THE OFFICE MADE EVERYTHING GO SMOOTHLY AND ON TIME. THE WORK ON THE CAR WAS FANTASTIC. THE CAR LOOKS BETTER THAN NEW. I ALSO NOTICED THAT A FEW OTHER THINGS WERE TOUCHED UP. THANKS. I HOPE I DON'T HAVE ANY REASON TO COME BACK, BUT IF THERE IS, I'LL BE BACK.

The repair work was first class. The only problem is that it took five weeks, from first coming in to actual repair. If I had to pay for the repairs, and not my insurance, and was told it would take 5 weeks before repairs could begin, then I would have went to another repair shop. The people at First Line were very nice and the work first class but it took 5 weeks to get done.

I was told my vehicle would be completed on Tuesday, April 18. The emails sent me to me continued to support that. However, when I called towards the end of the business day on Tuesday, the manager had left for the day and no one had or could communicate with me on the status of my vehicle. I also called that week prior asking for an oil change and tire rotation. The receptionist was to call me back on prices. When I picked my car up, the oil was not changed nor the tires rotated because she forgot to call me with prices.

I was mostly satisfied with the work done except for a few details. For example, after getting the car back home I noticed fine scratch lines either in the clear coat or directly under it on the top left side of the trunk. This appears like a blemish and is mostly visible when looking at it from a certain angle. I also would have been happier if the trunk itself aligned evenly with the rear bumper. There appears to be more of a gap on driver's side.

Fine Line is such a great place! From Carla to Judy to the guys in the shop, from start to finish everyone was so friendly, helpful, professional and actually went above and beyond to help me navigate the claims and repair process with Geico for my car.
