As usual , the vehicle looks as if it was brand new in the repaired area . There was an issue on the " touch - up " that was supposed to be done on the driver's side door ( about **** square inch ) that was not done - initially ; but it was done after I pointed it out to the technician . Fineline is a great company that takes care of its customers !!!

I just called your office to let you know that I was returning the car as soon as the rain let up a little. The paint on the rear bumper which was the entire repair job is full of white spots that need to be removed. Original job was delayed because of defective paint.

Left me with no gas and filthy carpets, not to mention that it took twice as long as it was supposed to. I was still getting emails that it was almost done when it wasn't even halfway done.

Was disappointed with the time management of the vehicle. Also seems to be a problem with communications from personnel with knowing what is going on with the vehicle being worked on. Felt like excuses were common to make up for time frame of project. Poor communications getting back to customer. You think when you call the customer to tell that the vehicle is ready you would have the payment total to advise so the customer would be prepared, if there was a change.Just being honest here. The quality of work was fine, there was some paint dust that was not cleaned off on the upholstery interior and some over spray on the rubber gaskets around driver's side rear window rubber gaskets, an area where no repair was done, maybe over-spray. This may sound minimal..but it is a new vehicle and should look as such when completed. My son did wipe down the interior since then and is satisfied.

This was my second experience with Fine Line and the work done on both cars was exceptional, as good as new. AND the person that painted the breast cancer survivor ribbon on the rear left door did an outstanding job. I was kept advised of the repairs throughout the process by the office personal through email and text. Thank you Fine Line.
