Awesome repairs

Appreciated the constant updates and meeting the completion deadline as promised. I was concerned about the lack of security when I dropped the car off. The lock box outside was not secure and the keys of cars already dropped off were not locked down. I came back Monday morning to leave the key for my car after dropping the car off Sunday evening.

Tom Moser is one of the best collision advisors in the industry. He kept me informed on my repair and had concern for my well being as a customer. The repair went smoothly and my car looks great! Everything went smooth. And everyone was friendly.

The people were pleasant and professional, but I just felt like my repair took too long. I was originally told my vehicle would be repaired on or around March 24. I was then told a wrong part was ordered and had to be sent back and reordered. Subsequently I wound up in my rental beyond 30 days which resulted in additional daily rental charges not covered by my insurance. I understand that things happen but my overall experience was one of frustration.
