5 stars all around! Wonderful customer service right from the front desk, to the manager. And my car was 10x cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off! It took ****/2 the time to repair than other body shops I’ve used. Very impressed, thank you all!

My experience with Carstar in Escondido, Ca was outstanding!! From the minute I walked in the door with Dominique, the receptionist, greeting me warmly to meeting my knowledgeable repair specialist Steve, I felt completely at ease and trusted that my car was in good hands. The assessment & estimate of repairs complete with photos was emailed to me the very next day and repairs commenced that same day. I received frequent text updates and calls from Steve regarding the progress of repairs. The repairs were completed 4 days early and I was very happy with the results. By far, this has been the best experience I have ever had with any car service as I am illiterate when it comes to cars and have always felt taken advantage of. This was not the case with Carstar. Superb service and I will recommend to all of my friends.

Amazing experience!

I was greeted warmly by all employees. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The office immediately called Enterprise so I didn’t have to wait. The repair was completed in 4 days which is what I was told it would take, and I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend CarStar Autopark and have already mentioned them to friends and family!

From my initial contact to picking up my truck today I have been nothing but pleased. The lady at the front desk was fast and professional. The repairs on my truck exceeded my expectation, you can’t evem tell where the damage was, it looks brand new.

Overall awesome communication! Super friendly staff! And my car was perfect at pick up time! In fact my car came home earlier than expected scheduled. That was exciting! Paper work at pick up time was trashy and awaiting my signature. It was a fast pick up process! Steve was great
