I was told that my car would be ready on June 2nd, then 6th, then 8th, then 16th, then 19th , then 20th, then 21st. Then of course they made a mistake on the estimate of costs.....but by 40%? Worst experience with a dealership/collision shop. To have the constant excuses of "waiting on parts", "refilling fluids", "getting Buffed", "checking clips". Love getting a text on a Monday from dealership that says "thanks for stopping and if you need anything" and not getting a response text if car is actually ready, which of course it wasn't....and wouldn't be for another 3 days after getting a thank you text. Having to wait two days for 'checking clips", waiting a full day for service to "fill liquids".....etc. etc. Oh yeah, thanks for having my car for 6 weeks and not check the gas level! So other than missing the due date by three weeks and costing more than expected....what to say. Please do not contact me or my family.

Great to work with. Only thing I would add is if you tell a client that you are going to call them on a certain day, you need to make sure you are doing that. Other than that one small issue no problems

Fast but good service. Kept me informed as car was getting repaired. Car came back nice and clean.

Work order was completed as detailed. Just be sure to verify that all car functions operate normally prior to releasing a car. During the first attempted collection my car's indicators failed to function. This extended the service time by one business day. Upon the second attempted collection, car was officially collected but the driver-side control for the passenger mirror was not functioning. Approximately 27 hours following the collection the previously non-functional window control regained full functionality. Please note that prior to the first attempted collection I was notified that my car was officially ready to be collected. Other than this, I received nothing but outstanding, professional service.
