It wasn't a big problem, but the staff left all of the wrecked parts in the backseat and trunk of the car and we had to return them. They were very nice and apologetic.

All personnel I spoke with were very courteous and tried to make up for the fact that my first part was damaged in the box and I had to pick up my car, return the rental and repeat the process the next week. If that part could have been overnighted it would have made the experience more satisfying. Otherwise I had no complaints and everyone was very courteous

I enjoyed how my car was finished fast then expected. But I would have like when I came to pick up my car if someone had of walked around it with me and explained the repairs with me.
