I will recommend to others and continue to use. This feedback is provided to assist with improving your operations: The text updates I received conflicted with the phone communication resulting in complications and delay of picking up my vehicle. Additional day of car rental was necessary in order to travel. Dealership staff is 100% courteous and the work is good.

Looks great! I had also asked to have the dog claw marks on the driver’s door buffed which also looked great but I do wish they had let me know it would cost $57 With my two deductibles (neither my fault - one a hit and run in the college parking lot and the other a deer) that was more than I could really afford

Our car was broken into just before Christmas while we were on our way to Durango for vacation. They were able to get all the parts and do the repair in time for us to be able to drive back home. All this despite the usual delays due to the holidays! And to top it off, our car was totally clean, inside and out, whe we picked it up, which was truly appreciated.

I was scheduled to pick up my car on Tuesday at 4pm. Pickup ended up being around 4pm on Wednesday. I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. I appreciated the text updates, but only got them in the beginning and would have liked to get them more frequently, esp when my car was not able to be picked up til later.
