I am very satisfied with the bodywork but i am very disappointed with how you all treated my car. WHen it was towed to your facility it had an operating battery, no cracks in the windshield, and my steering gear didn't leak. Due to the practice of storing my car outside during the cold snap these three failures occurred. And now i have major expenses I have to endure to repair this damage. At home the car gets a spot in the garage and is not subject to these types of conditions. If this is how you treat you loyal customers then you have lost one forever.
