My first attempt to comment didn't go through when my network dropped . So I assume nobody saw it. I don't want to type it all again, so here is the short version. First, a trim piece was missing when I picked up my car. It's being ordered but will still require me to make another trip to the shop. This isn't a small obscure trim piece that was missed, it is a large piece and there is no excuse for a professional shop to miss it. When I dropped off the car the Geico adjuster said scratches on the hood we're going to be fixed and they weren't. But, the worst experience was the lack of care for a problem with my driver's door that wasn't a preexisting issue. When the adjuster tried to discuss the problem with a male shop employee, he couldn't be bothers to come out with us to look at the door because Sandoval supposedly didn't do work that might effect the hinges. The door closed without issue when the car was dropped off regardless of the work Sandoval did and did not close properly when I picked up the car. The adjuster noticed the issue and acknowledge the door wasn't like that when the car was left at the shop. But nobody from the shop could be bothered to walk out to the car to investigate. The only good service was from the lady working at the desk when I picked up my car. She took the time to warm up my car and drive it to the shop door despite the frigid temps tire. The body work/ repair does seem like decent work except for the trim piece being missed . But, little things like leaving the change I keep in the driver's door handle on the floor instead of returning it to the normal place combined with the other issues I already mentioned made this a poor experience. At this point, I want to get the trim piece installed when it comes in and then I hope my dealings with Sandoval are over.

Excellent service the best I've had in years.My vehicle looks ten times better than what it did before. I didn't expect my vehicle to be clean so that was nice touch definitely showed that tender love and care was put into the repairs.

My overall experience was good. The only descepancy was the door not being fixed when I came to pick the car up the first time (after I was contacted about the car being ready). The paint job was exceptional. Other than that I am highly satisfied.

My passenger side step is now broken and bends down when you step on it after you "repaired" it and needs to go back in the shop and I better be paid for time off

My car was repaired in one day. I loved that because anyone would like their own car to drive. I really don't like rentals. The repair looks really good. The people we're pleasant.

The repair itself was good the customer service at the checkout counter was the problem the young lady that excepted the payment was rude she came to the window like she was waiting for me when I been there approximately 3-5 waiting on her. Then when she does come she's rude tapping her nails on the counter then tell me my pay method that I need to get a card with my name on it when the card is a employment card where funds are deposited temporary. Just her whole personality made me not want to return like my service was not appreciated and I paid my money , like everyone else.
