I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The people at Moody's are friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. I've told friends & relatives about my pleasant experience. I recommend Moody's in a heartbeat.

Everything was excellent with the service and the personnel interactions! The only thing that was bad was that I have had numerous repeated email and text requests for feedback on the service. I gladly filled out and sent back a written evaluation but kept getting email and text requests to complete additional performance evaluations. I finally did complete an on line email evaluation just to try and stop the requests. And after that I get this additional email request. Give me a break! This is frustrating and you ought to make changes to this system!

The bumper looked like new and the car was cleaned on the outside which was above my expectations. Additionally, I heard that some of the work was not covered by insurance but Moody’s did it anyway to put the customer first. That kind of service is rare.
