The service was excellent, they make sure my car was done quick, and without any issues. The customer service was top of the line I have my rental pick me up and drop me off at the shop thanks to them that call them. The parts use in the car are original parts from Lexus making me feel secure about the quality used in their approach to fix the vehicle. Thank you!

Beem’s missed little things like the foglights not being plugged in and the handle on the drivers side is incorrectly installed. The major work all looks great.

Poor communication. We left the car the night before so it would be there upon doors opening on Monday morning. Our appt was Monday, 8am. I received a text the car was received at 8:30am Monday morning and then nothing. I called Monday afternoon for a status and said they would call Tuesday morning. No call. I called Tuesday mid-morning and was promised a status by afternoon. Nothing. I called again Wed around mid-morning that the car would be ready between 2-6pm. My husband was on fort Carson with the rental and trying to figure out how to return rental car and pickup by 5 so we weren’t charged an extra day for the rental. This was quite bothersome if we would have had updated communications, we would have been prepared. Connie made the return process smooth to help ease the stress. The car was returned streaky from the car wash which was disappointing and no one cared. I had to refashion the car to get all the streaks off. It wasn’t just one or 2 streaks, it was all over the back end.

Overall was a good experience, however, a miscommunication or what not led to one portion of my truck not getting repaired despite the issue being pointed out during the drop off of the vehicle. The front desk customer service rep did schedule it to be done next week so it will at least be taken care of.
